This little gem of a drink is so tasty. It’s perfect because once you make the raspberry simple syrup, and you have a 4-pack of ginger beer plus a 4-pack of sparkling water, you can just make them over and over all week long.
Ingredients
Raspberry Ginger Fizz
- Gin 1 oz / 30 ml
- Ginger beer 4 oz / 120 ml
- Raspberry syrup 1/3 (recipe below)
- Raspberry lime sparkling water 4 oz / 120 ml
- Lime wedge
- Frozen raspberries
Raspberry Syrup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Raspberries 1/2 cup
Steps
Raspberry Ginger Fizz
- Add a few frozen raspberries to the bottom of a glass and fill about 1/3 of the way with raspberry simple syrup.
- Fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer, gin, and sparkling water and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve!
Raspberry Syrup
- Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and add the raspberries.
- Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and strain the simple syrup into a storage container.
- Cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
