Raspberry Ginger Fizz: Beer and Gin Cocktail Recipe

This little gem of a drink is so tasty. It’s perfect because once you make the raspberry simple syrup, and you have a 4-pack of ginger beer plus a 4-pack of sparkling water, you can just make them over and over all week long.


Raspberry Ginger Fizz

  • Gin 1 oz / 30 ml
  • Ginger beer 4 oz / 120 ml
  • Raspberry syrup 1/3 (recipe below)
  • Raspberry lime sparkling water 4 oz / 120 ml
  • Lime wedge
  • Frozen raspberries

Raspberry Syrup

  • Sugar 1 cup 
  • Water 1 cup
  • Raspberries 1/2 cup 


Raspberry Ginger Fizz

  • Add a few frozen raspberries to the bottom of a glass and fill about 1/3 of the way with raspberry simple syrup.
  • Fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer, gin, and sparkling water and stir.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and serve!

Raspberry Syrup

  • Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the raspberries.
  • Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and strain the simple syrup into a storage container.
  • Cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
