As of late graduated master brewer, Jérôme Hatt opens his first brewery, Brasserie du Canon, in Strasbourg. This is important for the Alsace area in north-east France. The territory is celebrated for its area as it has a strong, rich gastronomy and brewing heritage.
Our brewery moves to the village of Kronenbourg, toward the west of Strasbourg. The higher territory and lower temperatures take into account the most suprême brewing conditions.
