Description

It is a sweet song, the Ballad of Minnie Quay. I’d sing it, but I’m just not sure my voice could do it justice. There she stood, along the shore, battered back by the surge of the storm, but undeterred. I stood there as long as I could, but eventually, I found myself soaked to the bone. She could still be out there for all I know, waiting and waiting for some sunny day that never will come. Oh, the tragedy! This Old Ale carries a sweet flavor throughout, enriched by aging in Brady Barrels. Biscuit and toffee notes are joined by the sweet richness of brandy to give this full-bodied ale a wide profile of malt flavors.
