Description

Earthy colored Ale aged in utilized Pinot Noir barrels from neighborhood Sonoma County wineries. It is aged for around 12 months with sharp cherries, Brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Flavors from the cherries, Pinot Noir, and oak offset each other pleasantly with a little funk from the brett.
