Description

There is not much of a mystery here - we wanted to make summer beer and we made SUMMER ALE! The golden yellow color and light summer body of this American Wheat was obtained using pilsner and wheat malt. When we talk about the aroma, the emphasis is on the fresh smells of the summer that come from the added coriander and lemon in the process of cooking, and the ananas before the end of fermentation. A little alcohol, a lot of freshness, enough aroma, and a VOILÀ - the summer is in your glass!
