Description

We've had a lot of fan-most loved beers throughout the long term, yet few have earned the clique like reverence of this one. Stone Notorious P.O.G. was initially prepared at our 10bbl Liberty Station brewhouse in San Diego, as a cooperation with jokester/entertainer Jonah Ray. It's a recognition for the energy natural product, orange and guava juice (otherwise known as POG) he grew up drinking in Hawaii. This Berliner Weisse-style ale is stacked with the previously mentioned trifecta of fresh, tropical organic products, making for a novel flavor that's tart and refreshing yet profoundly rich and complex. It's as absurdly scrumptious as it is delectably novel. This beer was first fermented with Jonah Ray for Hop-Con 4.0. It was such a hit that we chose to blend a restricted sum again this year. Jonah grew up playing POGs while he was living in Hawaii and drinking POG Juice so he needed to make a beer with POG as a primary concern. An extremely refreshing tart ale with a lot of natural product character. Enthusiasm products of the soil mix with a serious orange punch.
