Description

To give Sparkling Ale a subtle taste and aroma, barley and wheat malts were blended with apricots. Initially, we fermented our beer with classic ale yeast; then another yeast strain was added, leading to a sourer and crispier finish. A fruity aroma was enhanced by HALLERTAU BLANC hops, which bring grape and citrus flavors to the beer.
