Description

She's So Italian is roused by our companion Agostino Arioli of Birrificio Italiano's beer Fleurette which we brewed with him at RRBC is a joint effort in 2008. Our 2019 recipe is a blonde pot acrid ale brewed with violets, roses, nectar, black pepper, and elderberry juice. It is daintily hopped in the pot with Chinook and Celeia, a Slovenian hop. This refreshingly light beer has wonderful aromas of blossoms, tea, and nectar, with a mild peppery spice. The option of Lactobacillus to the pot adds to the refreshingly dry, tart, and fresh completion. Furthermore, a low ABV makes it very drinkable!
