Description

100% Simcoe hops make up this beer beginning to end! It is named for the area in the trial hop yard in Yakima, WA, where it was first made. Simcoe is developed by 3 families in the Yakima territory, from everyone of whom we purchase this specific hop (and other hops) — Carpenter, Perrault, and Smith. This is one of a few beers we intend to make in our NEW "Hop Grower's Series" featuring certain hops from our cultivators! It has that brand name Simcoe nose with citrus and pine, pleasant bitterness and scrumptious hop flavors balance it.
