Robert is a Saison brewed utilizing both American and European malts and hops and an unmistakable strain of farmhouse yeast. Essential fermentation occurred in one of our remarkable open-top fermenters which are entirely intended for brewing yeast forward styles like Saison. This beer has attributes of white pepper and natural product with a waiting dry completion. Robert is refermented in the bottle and barrel making its fine carbonation.
