Description

Hefeweizen is a well-known style of German wheat beer. Synonym for the fullness of flavor and aroma of cloves obtained by using a specific yeast strain. It was exactly this flavor that evaporated with freshness and acidity brought by raspberries! Light red to almost pink - milkshake in a glass. Great incorporated sweetness with acidity raspberries add before the end of fermentation. A real summer cocktail!
