Not everything is as they show up! With the modest beginnings of a Pale Ale, this beer turned into a "Biere de Garde", and at one point one would have said it was a Brown Ale. We presently consider it a "Biere de Sonoma". This brew is an awesome mix of the previously mentioned styles. At times a brew won't discover its character until numerous bunches have been brewed, and this is the narrative of Perdition. An intricate bouquet with mouth-filling notes of zest, toasted malt, and citrus make this interesting and delectable brew one to appreciate with flavorful dishes.
