Description

Barrel-aged ale naturally fermented with Pinot Noir grapes

Experimentation is the name of the game. Here at The Bruery, we love to delve into unknown territory; how else could we continue to blow your minds? Natty Noir is a barrel-aged ale using Pinot Noir grapes with natural native mixed culture fermentation— fermented natively with microflora from grape skins. Fun, fresh, sparkling, and definitely grape juice forward.
