Judas is a top fermentation beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a heavy ocher blond beer, bitter-sweet, soft and full-bodied. Judas is still brewed according to artisan principles. Only the best barley and selected Bohemian hops are good enough for Judas production.
The heavy blond beer undergoes a second fermentation and a long maturation in the bottle, resulting in a rich body and round taste. The balance between a fine aroma and subtle bitterness gives this beer a unique place in the rich Belgian beer tradition.
