Description

This bright, fresh Saison is brewed with warm summer evenings in mind. We have used gruit: a mixture of various herbs. The mixture consists of orange peel, black and white pepper, and hyssop. Hyssop is a herb with a slightly minty and bitter taste and used to be often added to diamond mixes. Hot Summer Nights is soft bitter and has a slightly peppery character. Finally, the orange peels give notes of orange and the Summer-hop adds notes of tropical fruit to the beer.
