Description

Grimbergen Triple D'Abbaye speaks to a lovely harmony between sweetness, bitterness, and corrosiveness. The aromatic extravagance and fiery character of this beer are commended.

Angle: Golden yellow ochre reflections and a thick, abundant, smooth froth.

NOSE: Dominance of flavors (coriander, clove). Scents of yellow products of the soil, with hot and flower notes.

IN THE MOUTH: A beer wealthy in flavors, even among bitterness and sweetness with a trace of corrosiveness. Thick in the mouth with a warming sensation.

Delayed flavor impression: Long-enduring with fruity notes and a dash of bitterness adjusted by the freshness of the coriander.
