Description

Oakwood was added to this Tripel during maturation. We soaked the oak in Gospel Dutch Dry Gin. This results in a soft malty start, a medium body, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Vanilla notes from the oak with full spicy gin flavors, such as notes of juniper.
