Description

The first since 1886.

This exemplary wheat beer blends delicately fiery malt aromas with mildly bitter hops. Its mystery lies in our extraordinary ERDINGER brewing yeasts. They give fruity notes and undeniably fresh flavor. The final detail for each ERDINGER Weissbier is a further claim to fame: the "Bayerische Edelreifung" or double development method. After the fundamental fermentation measure, we give our beer the time it needs to develop a second time in the bottle. Furthermore, we are glad to give it this time. Since this permits its delightful energetic nature and the amicable interaction of its different aromas to completely unfurl.

ERDINGER Weissbier with fine yeast, the delegated greatness of conventional Bavarian brewing aptitudes. With its exquisite flavor, this wheat beer resembles no other. Each taste leaves you needing more.
