A cherry beer that is produced with just the genuine product of cherries

"Echt Kriekenbier, (genuine cherry beer)" is as the name recommends a cherry beer that is made with just the genuine product of cherries rather than with flavor enhancers or concentrates of cherries. The organic product is sourced from the area around Sint-Truiden in Limburg (Belgium).

Dissimilar to the most acclaimed organic product beers is the fundamental beer of the "genuine cherry beer" not a Lambic but rather a West-Flemish red-earthy colored ale aged in oak wood. About mid-July at the picking, the Northern cherries are gotten at the brewery and laid in on the base beer.

Since the flavor of the cherry organic product differs from year to year and this as per the number of long periods of daylight or downpour, the kriekenbier at its last structure is blended with cherry beer from the prior year and two-year-old cherry beer. This with the aim of turning into a more consistent taste of the "genuine cherry beer" throughout the long term.
