Description

This monstrous imperial stout has been a most loved among our fans (and us) since its beginning in 2013. As though the pecans, wheat and chipped rye weren't sufficient, we felt free to age 1/4th of this beer in bourbon barrels. The outcome is a whopping, exceptional, hero of a beer with significant multifaceted nature that makes it ideal for cellaring... in the event that you can hold up that long. This beer is a beast. The flavors are a magnificent blend of everything that makes an incredible imperial stout, stacked with roasty notes and malty multifaceted nature. Brewing with rye and nuts consistently makes difficulties for our brewing group, yet they adapted to the situation with this one – it's essentially astounding.
