Icebock comes from the process which concentrates flavors with freezing of the beer. This means that some water crystallizes into ice, while the remaining liquid concentrates. For this icebock we brewed a very special barley wine, barrel-aged it, blend it with our barley wine Hagger and froze it. After weeks at -24 C, it was time to drain this super-rich liquid. Expect intense flavors with a long-lasting aftertaste and a warming feeling.
