The Damm Master Brewers and the Gluten Department of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) were pioneers in building up a full-flavored without gluten beer reasonable for coeliacs. Daura poses a flavor like ordinary beer since it is made with a similar principle fixing: malt.
