Description

Golden Ale aged in utilized wine barrels for 8 to 12 months with Brett and microorganisms. After the barrel maturing we move the beer onto around one pound of pluots per gallon of beer, this takes around 3 to 4 months. From here the beer is moved off the leafy foods kegged. A pluot is a hybrid of a plum and an apricot, pluots are gotten from plumcots, a natural product reared by Luther Burbank.
