Description

The inspiration for Coco-Nator came from the winner of our first-ever Homebrew Hang: Kristen Richards of Harrisburg, PA. Starting with a base of Troegenator wort, Kristen brewed her take on our iconic Double Bock with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and toasted coconut. Coco-Nator captured our hearts and palates, so we worked with Kristen to scale up the recipe. Thick and chewy with notes of caramel, coconut, sweet mash, and vanilla, Coco-Nator is a hat tip to homebrewers everywhere.
