Description

Champs de Fraises—French for "strawberry fields"— is an aromatic wild ale co-fermented with 8,000 pounds of Oregon-developed Mt. Hood strawberries. The base beer was aged for as long as 36 months in French oak barrels before the fresh entire berries were included for the auxiliary fermentation, bringing about a solution like no other. Fresh and refreshing; articulated strawberry organic product flavors with engaging earthiness and exuberant corrosiveness.
