Serving Temperature



Cellar Creeper is a collaboration with our dear friend Jean Broillet of Tired Hands Brewing Company which we started years ago. After a first unsuccessful attempt (the original batch, after bottling, never re-fermented, and never created the needed amount of bubbles), we discussed re-brewing this unique expression of Mangoes!

We used our coolship to natively inoculate the wort and then added Jean's magic blend of yeast and bacteria from his brewery and allowed the beer to ferment in French Oak wine barrels.

At maturity, we racked the beer to a Missouri Oak Foedre and allowed it to ferment once again, but this time on Mangoes. At dryness, we bottled this beer and successfully bottle conditioned this beer, and allowed it to rest until it was ready to share with you!
