Tasting Notes

An unobtrusive blend of the exceptional flavor of the Blanche de Namur, to which our brewers have included normal raspberry aromas and juice. A summery flavor, not very sweet and marginally acidic to build its refreshing force.

It is the Blanche de Namur with raspberry. The raspberry covers the bitterness of the yeast, without totally causing it to vanish to permit it to help the mouth and dodge unreasonable fruitiness. The nose is aromatic, the raspberry is inescapable without overwhelming the entirety. It is splendid, lively, a call for Spring.
