Description

Deceptive, and somewhat treacherous, this blackberry Belgian-style Tripel is one obsidian ticker you won’t mind holding. Aged in red wine barrels with blackberries, Black Hearted Bête is brewed from Pale malt and augmented with clear Belgian candy sugar and hopped with German Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings. A mixed-culture secondary fermentation provides complex acidity and fruit aromas.
