Description

Brewed in January of 2019 utilizing an extended boil on our 10bbl system at Trillium Fort Point, our latest collaboration with Equilibrium is a big, cognac and bourbon barrel-aged stout that was laid to rest for over 20 months before packaging. The coffee selected for this beer is particularly unique. Roasted exclusively for Equilibrium, we added Mostra's Kinetic Energy Blend in addition to Barrington's Kalledeverapura, an Indian medium roast with creamy milk chocolate and hazelnut notes.
