Intensely hopped with Citra and Waimea, fermented with a fruity West Coast yeast strain.

This beer was brewer to try different things with a yeast strain we haven't utilized previously. Its attributes, from how it performs during fermentation, to how it flavors the beer, to the leftover sweetness and body of the beer, are distinctive to the little group of yeasts we have been utilizing for this recent years.
